Groovy Noodle came to be when co-founders James and Sarah thought it'd be a fun addition to downtown Plymouth
to open a noodle shop.
Mac and Cheese was a must, and the decision to make Ramen followed soon after when Cara, Sarah's friend, appointed
herself as the Noodle Ninja.

I have eaten at restaurants from Maine to San Diego, Seattle to Miami, and Wilmington, NC to San Francisco... and this is the only place I've went back to for lunch two days in a row.
The food says it all, but they also have several selections of beer on tap as well, so that takes them over the top. Sarah and friends do a fantastic job, period and you would do yourself an injustice by skipping out on this wonderful establishment. I'd give six stars if I could!
